Weights: ARMS, Abs
10 Minute Walk Incline & 10 Minute (Arc Machine)


Snack: 15 almonds, 1/2 cup strawberries & kiwi

Dinner:
2 egg whites, 1 egg scrambled
Serving of Broccoli Raab

Snack: Yogurt with Blueberries

GYM: Had to have burned close t0 800-1,000 calories no lie!
