active

kevin got me a new game for the wii- called active. it lets you put in all your info and gives you a trainer. i'm doing a 30-day challenge, working out 4-5 days a week. every day the routine is different so you don't get bored. you can also take a fitness survey every day and document other activities. so far, it's been really good- working on getting back to eating well, and i do about a 20-minute workout everyday. that's it for now.
