yep... finally doing this. for realz this time.

My first boot camp class is tomorrow morning. Excited and scared. I have 30 days unlimited, and I think I mapped out on my schedule somewhere between 12 and 15 days that I'm going to go do it. On some of the days when I can't go, I'm going to get my chubby ass down to the fitness room and alternate between cardio and weight machines... maybe get a little rope jumping in there too. Once boot camp is over, I'm going to start the Women's Health C25K, per the suggestion of the lovely Pia. Also, I'm eating more fiber and protein. It's a start. We'll see how far I get with all this.
