Snack: 15 almonds, 1/2 cup strawberries & kiwi

Dinner:
2 egg whites, 1 egg scrambled
Serving of Broccoli Raab

Snack: Yogurt with Blueberries

GYM: Had to have burned close t0 800-1,000 calories no lie!

1520 Calories
Protein: 101g
Carbs 186g
Lipids 44g

tag team, back again...

so, here i go again. i'm not trying to diet, really, because i don't find it reasonable with the cost of fresh food and my complete lack of cash flow. if i do start dieting, it won't be by choice, but because i ran out of money and can't afford food. (jokes...) anyway, i'm just going to work out. i'm starting by setting small goals (not "i want to lose 30 lbs!") like, for instance, by the time i go home for thanksgiving, i want my family to ask me if i've lost weight. that's all. that's my first goal. my weight has stayed pretty much the same since before- still a road-hugging 164 lbs. not proud of that, obviously, but at least i haven't gained anymore. also, i want to look better for kevin. it makes me feel good when he looks at me and goes "mmmmmm!" and he can't keep his hands off me. i'm really going to try... because what the hell else do i have to do?
