Pia's Tuesday

breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled. fruit.
snack: apple.
lunch: large spinach salad with cucumber, chick peas, sprouts, artichokes, carrots, broccoli, chicken, and green peppers. small scoop of balsamic vinagrette dressing.
snack: salsa and chips, nuts, and Naked protein smoothie
dinner: skipped.

I had a rough night. I went to bed as soon as I went home. Hence why I skipped dinner. I'll pay for it today when I'm at training and have lower energy.

I also skipped the gym to recoop. I have another training session with Carlos so I wanted to give my muscles a break. However, I'm in the process of trying to wake up earlier to run every day. Seriously, running I think is what jump started my weight loss...

  1. i want to run... so badly... but because i'm so heavy now it puts a ton of strain on my knees and shins. i'm going to ride the exercise bike today for a while because it's supposed to rain. also i'm trying to choke down some kashi golean vanilla oatmeal with blueberries. why is it so bland?!
