breakfast: 3 eggs, scrambled
snack: fruit
lunch: 1/2 Jersey Mike's Turkey Sub. Totally forgot the cheese inside. DOH.
snack: 1/2 Odwalla Superfood smoothie & Raspberries, Kiwi
dinner: whole wheat pasta w/ low sodium Vodka sauce, mixed veggies (broc, carrots, edamame)
snack: Kashi Bar Thing
REST DAY: My ass just wasn't havin it.

i got on the wii fit this morning... it told me i've lost 4 pounds since monday. that was my 2 week goal, and i did it in 5 days. then the little animated balance board that talks to you told me it's worried about my health. i'm really excited that it's starting to come off quickly... i'm just dreading the inevitable plateau...
ReplyDeleteas for resting... i'm thinking sunday is going to be my weekly "day of indulgence" even though i'm probably going to be so scared to through myself off track that i'm still going to be super careful.
