today was a good day i think.
breakfast- 3/4 cup life cereal with 1/2 cup 1% milk (recommended serving)
lunch- baked salmon with a brown wild rice mix, steamed carrots and zucchini
snack- sugar free pudding cup
dinner- seared chicken with green beans and wild rice, unsweetened cranberry juice
once again, lots of water throughout the day and 2 fiber tablets
early in the day i did an hour worth of cardio, strength, and toning exercises (jumping rope, crunches, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, etc.)
9-930 started with 5 minutes of step aerobics to boost my heart beat, then 25 minutes of yoga/strength exercises, finished with 8 minutes of wii boxing
excited to keep it up.
