Sami's Wednesday, May 6

breakfast- half a bowl of kashi golean vanilla oatmeal with blueberries. couldn't choke the whole bowl down.
snack- and apple and half a serving of baked lays southwestern ranch chips
lunch- unwich from jimmy john's- beach club: turkey, avocado spread, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sprouts. comes with cheese and mayo too but i hate mayo and i never eat cheese on sandwiches.
snack- sugar free jell-o pudding cup
dinner- kashi pesto pasta primavera (went to kevin's for dinner so i bought some prepared meals to stay on track)
snack- cantaloupe
water throughout the day and 2 fiber tablets

rode the exercise bike for a half hour at 11-14 mph= 6 miles and 250 calories burned.
also had a softball game- we only had 9 people so no subs. played center field- had a couple really amazing catches and got the game ball :)

again, a good day. found it pretty incredible that i only took in 845 calories... 25g of fiber though!

  1. NICE job! I laughed at the Kashi part. You're funny :) I used to buy that stuff, myself!

    Now that you're burning weight while exercising you really have to aim for more (*good*) calories. If you don't have stuff to burn, your body will not just eat away fat, but protein and muscle too! www.ahealthyme.com will give you the calories you should aim for.
